We’ve heard your feedback. Faster shipping, clearer tracking, and more reliable delivery have been consistent priorities, and this move is a direct response to that. Our goal is to make receiving your orders as smooth and transparent as possible.
With StarTrack, you can expect:

As part of this transition, delivery to PO Boxes is no longer available with StarTrack. To avoid any disruptions, please ensure your delivery address is updated to a valid street address for all future wholesale orders.
Note: Australia Post will deliver to PO boxes however, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes internationally.
