We only send out products 6 or more months before the use by date. If you receive a product less than 6 months before expiry, please contact our Customer Experience Team with the order number, batch numbers of affected products, and use-by dates. They will work with you to issue replacement products for you.
We will not issue credits or replacements for products that have expired and were ordered more than 6 months ago. We encourage all Wholesalers to participate in proper stock rotation to prevent this from occurring.
