What do I do if I have received a faulty/damaged product or an incorrect product?Updated 15 days ago
We endeavor to resolve any issues with incorrect or faulty products as soon as possible.
If the product you received is faulty, or looks like it has been damaged in transit, we'll arrange for a replacement.
If we sent the wrong product, we will immediately send you the correct items.
We are more than happy to gift this to you if the quantities are less than 3. If over this amount, we can send you a free returns label and we kindly ask that you return these to us.
