Our team packs your order at the same time; however, boxes can be separated during processing at the Australia Post depot. You will be able to see the different packages on your tracking number provided to your email on dispatch.
How Your Order is Dispatched
Our team packs your entire order at the same time; however, please keep the following in mind regarding delivery:
All Natural Protein Shake Consignments: When you include the All Natural Protein Shake in your order, these are sent as a separate consignment. We’ve noted this on the product page to ensure there are no surprises.
Multiple Tracking Numbers: You will receive two distinct tracking numbers sent to your nominated email address. This allows you to monitor both parts of your shipment right to your door.
Courier Processing: Even for regular orders, boxes can sometimes be separated during processing at the Australia Post depot.
What to do if an item is missing
If your delivery arrives and you notice something is missing, we recommend taking these steps:
Check Your Tracking: If a box is missing from your regular order, check your tracking link first. Australia Post often splits multiple boxes with individual tracking numbers, and the remaining items may be just a few hours or a day behind.
Verify the Number of Parcels: You should be able to see the status of all individual packages via the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Contact Our Team: If you only have one box in your order and an item is missing or if the tracking indicates all boxes have been delivered but your stock is incomplete, please contact our Customer Experience team immediately with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
