Our team packs your order at the same time; however, boxes can be separated during processing at the Australia Post depot. You will be able to see the different packages on your tracking number provided to your email on dispatch.
If you only have one box in your order and an item is missing, please contact Customer Experience with the order number and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
