The terms, &#x201C;we,&#x201D; &#x201C;us&#x201D; and &#x201C;our&#x201D; within these Terms refer to True Protein. &#xA0;&#xA0;By visiting our website and/or purchasing our products, apparel, and accessories, you engage in our &#x201C;Service&#x201D; and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (&#x201C;Terms of Service,&#x201D; &#x201C;Terms&#x201D;), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms are applicable to all users of your True Protein Wholesale Account (&#x201C;Account&#x201D;), this includes visiting our website and/or the purchase of products, use of provided content and other offerings from True Protein.&#xA0;&#xA0;By submitting an application to become a Wholesaler you and any users of your Account agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract upon approval of your application. You will be emailed of your application&apos;s outcome within 5 business days of submission.&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;Terms of SaleTrue Protein products, accessories and apparel obtained via the Wholesale Program must be distributed to customers at your physical business premises or via a face-to-face transaction. &#xA0;&#xA0;Wholesale pricing can be found within the wholesale website portal once your application is approved and is subject to change as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.&#xA0;&#xA0;You must meet the minimum spend order value to receive the wholesale discount. Any orders below this value will be charged at the full recommended retail price.&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;Online SalesNo online sales are permitted. This includes ecommerce platforms of all types, marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon and sale through social platforms. Using online sales for &#x2018;click and collect&#x2019; delivery is also a contravention of these Terms.&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;Advertising &amp; Ad WordsNo wholesaler can run competing digital advertisements across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, or social platforms. You agree not to purchase any Google Ads, domain names, social ads or bid on any keywords, search terms, or any other identifiers that include the word &quot;True Protein&quot; or the names of True Protein products and services, or any variations or misspellings thereof. &#xA0;Product ClaimsIt is the responsibility of each business to understand and comply with the regulatory requirements of the products they list and that claims made comply with the relevant regulatory body guidelines, such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Foods Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).&#xA0;Please adhere to product claims and language used on our website, including the product pages. &#xA0;&#xA0;Marketing True Protein&#xA0;As an approved wholesaler you will have access to the Wholesale Marketing Assets Dropbox containing authorised images and content you can use to promote True Protein to your customers.
