Any orders below this value will be charged at the full recommended retail price.&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;Online SalesNo online sales are permitted. This includes ecommerce platforms of all types, marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon and sale through social platforms. Using online sales for &#x2018;click and collect&#x2019; delivery is also a contravention of these Terms.&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;Advertising &amp; Ad WordsNo wholesaler can run competing digital advertisements across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, or social platforms. You agree not to purchase any Google Ads, domain names, social ads or bid on any keywords, search terms, or any other identifiers that include the word &quot;True Protein&quot; or the names of True Protein products and services, or any variations or misspellings thereof. &#xA0;Product ClaimsIt is the responsibility of each business to understand and comply with the regulatory requirements of the products they list and that claims made comply with the relevant regulatory body guidelines, such as the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Foods Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).&#xA0;Please adhere to product claims and language used on our website, including the product pages. &#xA0;&#xA0;Marketing True Protein&#xA0;As an approved wholesaler you will have access to the Wholesale Marketing Assets Dropbox containing authorised images and content you can use to promote True Protein to your customers.
